HOW SHOULD I SET UP ARTWORK

Please set up file at the full print size you desire, at 150 dpi, CMYK color mode and save as tiff, pdf or eps.

WHAT IS YOUR STANDARD TURN TIME

Our standard turn time is 3 working days from artwork approval.

IS THERE A RUSH OPTION

Yes, we offer a rush option, please call for individual per order rush.

HOW CAN I TELL IF MY ARTWORK IS USEABLE

Pictures and files taken from the internet are almost always low resolution and bad quality.

The best way to check your file is to open it in Photoshop and View at Print Size

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER

Orders can be tracked from the My Accounts page. An email will be sent to you when your order ships.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY

Since all printing is custom, if the print is damaged in transit, we will place a claim with the shipper and replace the damaged product at no charge. The same shipping method will occur. If a banner stand is ordered and does not work at the time of receipt, we will send a pick up label and replace the hardware for you.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY

Once the order is placed through the website, and the artwork is approved, there is no cancellation.
